Roo, Beef & Chicken Home Made Cat Recipe
The beef, liver and heart in this recipe are rich in taurine
and iron, which are essential for heart health and transporting oxygen in the blood to the lungs and muscles.
Turmeric is an antioxidant rich herb with potent anti-inflammatory qualities. Cinnamon is known for its metabolism boosting qualities.
INGREDIENTS
• 350gm kangaroo, chunks or mince
• 200gm beef heart, diced
• 175gm chicken necks or wing tips
• 100gm beef liver, diced
• 100gm sweet potato, cubed
• 60gm eggs
• 5gm flaxseeds, ground
• 5gm psyllium husks or powder
• 2gm eggshells/calcium
• 0.5gm wheatgrass powder
• 1gm turmeric
• 1gm cinnamon
• 0.5gm kelp powder

METHOD
1. Steam the sweet potato until tender.
2. Halve the chicken necks if required.
3. Add all of the other ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.
4. Portion mix with 1 piece of chicken neck per day. Freeze or store in the fridge for a few days.
