INGREDIENTS
• 300gm pork meat or mince • 230gm chicken necks
• 250gm duck gizzards
• 100gm chicken liver, diced
• 100gm carrots, diced
• 10gm hemp seeds
• 3.5gm coconut flakes
• 2gm ginger, ground
• 1gm cod liver oil
• 1gm wheat germ oil
• 0.5gm kelp powder
METHOD
1. Steam the carrot until tender.
2. Halve the chicken necks if required.
3. Add all of the other ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine. 4. Portion mix with 1 piece of chicken neck per day. Freeze or store in the fridge for a few days
