Sally's Birthday Dog Cake

Dog Birthday Cake
Heat oven to 180C
Ingredients:
- 1 kg lean mince (I used turkey and roo)
- 1 egg
- Chopped parsley
- 1 cup rolled oats or oat flour (can delete this or add some ground chia, sunflower, pumpkin seeds if you want grain-free)
- 1 cup cooked pumpkin (can also used raw grated carrot, sweet potato, etc.)
Mix all ingredients and put into pan. Leave a slight well in the middle, as the mixture will shrink as it bakes.
Bake for about 45 minutes.
