Peanut butter dog food snack recipe
For this dog food snack recipe you will need:
- 2 cups quick oats or oat flour
- 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter (no sugar/xylitol),
- 2 x eggs
Method
If using whole or quick oats, blitz them in a food processor until close to flour consistency.
Combine the ingredients in a bowl and stir until a firm dough is formed, adding a bit of water or more flour as required.
Knead the dough then roll it out until flat.
Use a cookie cutter or the rim of a small glass to punch out shapes.
Place the biscuits on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven on 180°C for 20–30 minutes, or until cooked through.
Cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freeze for later.
